be able to stay alert till the parents returned home late and still be able to sleep when I returned home...Later when I was attending classes for a police/fire dispatch job, which were held 11:00 PM till 7:00 AM, I needed to stay awake and my mind sharp for class but also be able to sleep when I went home in the AM.
I need the tea now for mental clarity while studying radiological Physics to be an X-ray Technician.
