SPORTea® Spritzer Recipe:
• SPORTea® can be mixed with other liquids. Try a mixture of cold SPORTea® combined with club soda or mineral water (50/50) to make a "delightful spritzer."
 
SPORTea® Protein/Fruit Smoothie:
1 cup SPORTea® Iced Tea
3 large strawberries
1/2 banana
1/2 cup crushed ice
3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder

Blend for 1 minute on high and serve! An excellent way to start the day, or perfect for an energizing/low-calorie and nutritious snack! You can also add yogurt or other type of fruits.
