SPORTea® Spritzer Recipe:
• SPORTea® can be mixed with other liquids. Try a mixture of cold SPORTea® combined with club soda or mineral water (50/50) to make a "delightful spritzer." |

SPORTea® Protein/Fruit Smoothie:
• 1 cup SPORTea® Iced Tea
• 3 large strawberries
• 1/2 banana
• 1/2 cup crushed ice
• 3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
Blend for 1 minute on high and serve! An excellent way to start the day, or perfect for an energizing/low-calorie and nutritious snack! You can also add yogurt or other type of fruits.
